• Appointment Retainer: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer will be credited toward your total service balance. If you need to reschedule, the retainer can be transferred to one other appointment, provided that the rescheduling is done at least 48 hours in advance. • There is a 10-minute grace period.
